Job Description

As our Account Manager, you will act as the vital link between our clients and talented in-house teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional project delivery. Your goal? To deliver results that not only meet but exceed expectations—while having fun along the way! 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives.
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication to keep clients informed, engaged, and delighted.

2. Project Execution and Oversight

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables align with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with designers, writers, and other creative teams to deliver top-notch results aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks early, providing solutions to keep projects on track and avoid disruptions.

3. Presentations, Reporting, and Feedback

  • Develop and present engaging project updates, proposals, and final deliverables to clients.
  • Lead client meetings, effectively communicating key milestones, progress, and results.
  • Gather and incorporate client feedback into future project planning to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role—ideally within a creative agency environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with grace and precision.
  • Strong attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite.
