The team you will be part of
The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada &amp; TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google &amp; Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.
The part you will play
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to be based in Malaysia, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.&nbsp;
Marketing Services include paid performance marketing, e-commerce platform ads, and social commerce for our clients.
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will take charge of 
<ul>
<li>Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across ecomm marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).</li>
<li>Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting</li>
<li>Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations</li>
<li>Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth</li>
<li>Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients, advising them on optimization potential and insights</li>
