What you need to do:

• Design and conceptualize visually impactful graphics for platforms, websites, social media, and more, with a strong focus on branding.
  为平台、网站、社交媒体等设计并构思具有视觉冲击力的作品/图形（特别注重品牌形象） 
• Create creative visual content for advertisements and promotions.
  设计创意视觉内容，用于广告和推广 
• Deliver high-quality work independently, adhering to design briefs and deadlines.
  能够独立按设计简报要求、按时完成高质量的作品 
• Report to and provide feedback to the marketing department head, collaborating with relevant teams to participate in the entire creative process.
  向市场营销部门负责人汇报并提供反馈，与相关部门共同协作，参与整个创意过程 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in branding design, particularly on packaging, logo, free gift design etc.
  至少拥有 2-3 年品牌设计的实际工作经验，尤其是在包装设计、标志设计和赠品设计等方面。
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  母语为中文。
• Basic understanding of social media platform, marketing strategy, e-commerce, F&B.
  对社交媒体平台、营销策略、电子商务、餐饮业有基本的了解。
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices, especially in Chinese-speaking communities.
  熟悉数字营销趋势和实践，尤其是在中文社区中。
• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  责任心强，可靠，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with others to meet business goals.
  适应性强，愿意与他人合作以实现业务目标。
