About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in communicating financial performance, business health to our investors, and supporting strategic financial initiatives such as fundraising, exit planning, and IPO preparation. 
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial reporting, business analysis, strategic communication, big data analysis, and financial structuring. In this role, you will handle investor reporting and regular performance tracking of the group and portfolio companies. 
Comfortable working at a high growth organization in fast-paced and lean-driven unstructured environments, where goals, priorities and roadmaps evolve quickly
