About the Role:
Step into the exciting world of esports with IO Esports as a Project Management Intern. Work on real-world projects, refine your management skills, and gain hands-on experience while contributing to our innovative initiatives. Guided by our Head of Department (HOD), you'll learn the ins and outs of managing high-impact esports events and projects. High-performing interns may qualify for our Management Associate Programme for a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and tasks with suppliers, clients, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Project Operations: Participate in sourcing, logistics, and on-site operations under the guidance of the HOD.
• Procurement & Documentation: Handle project purchasing and maintain accurate records to streamline processes.

Learning Opportunities:

• Real-World Exposure: Participate in dynamic esports projects, learning end-to-end project management processes.
• Strategic Thinking: Develop problem-solving and organizational skills critical to project success.
• Leadership Insights: Work closely with the HOD to understand decision-making, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Business School students or recent graduates (Second or First Class Upper CGPA preferred).
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a keen interest in esports and project management.
