Job Description

Role Overview : 

As an Associate, Project Operations, will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency by overseeing attendance tracking, project scheduling, and data management. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of operations.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Monitor and record attendance accurately on a daily basis for precise tracking.
  • Generate regular reports related to attendance for tracking purposes.
  • Arrange project schedules, maintaining well-organized records to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in organizing visitation schedules for the project team based on locations and candidate availability.
  • Validate data within reports and cross-check with the system to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform data cleaning tasks as required to maintain data integrity.
  • Compile reports, create presentations, and maintain documentation as required by the reporting manager.
  • Ensure reporting practices align with organizational standards.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to project scheduling and data cleaning.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in data entry, validation, reporting, and using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP to support accurate data management.
  • Prior experience with administrative tasks, project scheduling, and handling ground-level issues is beneficial.
  • High attention to detail to ensure precise data validation and reporting.
  • Flexibility to take on additional duties or projects as required.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues when necessary.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
