Job Description

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. 
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Build long-term supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Plan replenishment to balance stockouts vs overstock. 
• Oversee warehouse storage, picking, packing, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound logistics (supplier to warehouse) and outbound logistics (warehouse to customer).
• Manage transport providers, delivery schedules, and costs.
• Optimize routes and delivery times.
• Use historical sales data + market trends for inventory planning.
• Adjust supply plans to meet changing customer needs.
• Ensure supply chain follows legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage supplier risks (dependency, financial stability, geo-political risks).
• Develop backup sourcing and logistics plans.
