Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the company’s guests.
Oversee and manage the Tea Lady’s schedules to ensure smooth running of tea facilities.
Maintain an adequate inventory of meeting rooms supplies.
Ensure all meeting/discussion rooms are tidy and equipment in working conditions at all times.
Handling of incoming document via by hand/courier services and also distribution of documents on a daily basis
Job rotation for reception duties for weekly shift and other IOI offices in case of shorthanded.
Manage all the online bookings of meeting/discussion and training rooms.
To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior ie Office Cleaners and Office Newspaper invoices.
To assist Group Administration dept in their administrative works as and when required by the immediate superior.
Diploma/Certificate qualification or any related discipline
Preferably with two (2) years experience in a similar position
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good level of verbal and listening communication skills
Courteous telephone etiquette, well-groomed, confident and pleasant personality
Pro-active, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess own transport
