<li>To ensure all infra facilities i.e. road and drainage, street lighting are maintained in good working condition.</li>
<li>To arrange and carry out an inspection with owners/service providers/contractors/ consultants when the need arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To oversee and to ensure all complaints pertaining to maintenance works of common areas and complaints on defects are attended to and rectified within the time frame stipulated under ISO procedure.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To Liaise with JMB/MC on defects, handover and upkeep of common area as and when it is required.&nbsp;</li>
