Job Description

Responsibilties

• In charge of arranging, supervising and coordinating with outside contractors and service providers in respect of all maintenance works for all the properties developed by the Group. 
• In charge of monitoring and supervising security guard services, to ensure sufficient manpower to secure the safety of the property under control.
• To ensure all infra facilities i.e. road and drainage, street lighting are maintained in good working condition.
• To arrange and carry out an inspection with owners/service providers/contractors/ consultants when the need arise.  
• To oversee and to ensure all complaints pertaining to maintenance works of common areas and complaints on defects are attended to and rectified within the time frame stipulated under ISO procedure. 
• To Liaise with JMB/MC on defects, handover and upkeep of common area as and when it is required. 

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Techinical Certificate (M&E)
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
