Experience

• Leading and mentoring team members in technical solutioning, system architecting and development.
• Designing and architecting enterprise-grade scalable and high performing software solutions
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and design.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect and design end to end solutions
• Conducting thorough code reviews based on industry best standards for high quality, ease of maintenance, functional, secure and high performing code base.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing long term effective solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
• Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code.
• Proactively troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential for our projects and sharing insights with the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• A passion for learning, staying updated with the latest technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js OR Proficiency in Node.js or other back-end frameworks.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and proficiency with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of application security, including OAuth2 Authentication and Authorization.
