Job Description
- Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events
- Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding purposes on social media (e.g Facebook, LinkedIn) relating to campus events or recruitment
- Propose & execute “Wevideo” video shooting and editing for business functions
- Coordinate & execute new hire onboarding matters
- Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews
- Filing new hire documents into P file
- Handle ad hoc tasks or projects assign by Talent Acquisition team
