In this role, you will get hands on experience in supporting the People &amp; Culture team and gain exposure to various aspects of HR functions within a solar company, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.</p>

<p><strong><ins>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</ins></strong></p>

<li><strong>HR Administrative Matters:</strong></li>
<ol>
<li>Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing leave administration.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.</li>
<li>Assist in processing payroll-related data and maintaining accurate employee records.</li>
<li>Support HR leadership in handling employee inquiries and concerns.</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>Recruitment:</strong></li>
<ol>
<li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and etc.</li>
<li>Assist in coordination with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.</li>
<li>Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.</li>
<li>Assist in facilitating the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.</li>

<li><strong>Learning and Development:</strong></li>

<li>Assist in identifying employee training needs and skills gaps.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating the organization of training sessions, workshops, and development programs.</li>
