Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end operations of live commerce sessions, including product pricing, planning, scheduling, and execution
  • ⁠ ⁠Assist hosts with pre-live preparations such as product listing, pricing setup, giveaways, and script planning
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor live stream performance in real time (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide real-time operational support and manage stream tempo
  • ⁠ ⁠Analyze live stream data and optimize strategies using Excel

Pre-Livestream Planning:

  • Coordinate with hosts, influencers, and internal teams to develop livestream schedules.
  • Assist in script development, product selection, and content planning.
  • Ensure all assets (visuals, captions, links) are prepared ahead of the livestream.

Technical & On-Site Setup:

  • Oversee or support the technical setup including camera, lighting, audio, and streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, StreamYard).
  • Conduct dry runs or rehearsals to identify and resolve any issues.

Live Event Execution:

  • Monitor the livestream for technical and content quality.
  • Manage backend operations: chat moderation, product linking, user interaction, etc.
  • Troubleshoot live issues in real time to ensure uninterrupted broadcasts.

Post-Livestream Activities:

  • Generate reports on livestream performance (viewership, engagement, conversion, etc.).
  • Analyze data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with content editors to repurpose livestream footage for social media.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align on livestream goals.
  • Maintain relationships with hosts, KOLs, and platform representatives.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations is preferred
  • ⁠ ⁠Experience with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live is an advantage
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with hosts, creatives, and marketing teams
  • ⁠ ⁠Data-driven with understanding of viewer engagement metrics and live stream analytics
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficient in Mandarin & Malay
  • ⁠ ⁠Comfortable with flexible working hours during live streaming sessions
