Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to the cafe’s standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with proper care and hygiene
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
• Take customer orders politely and accurately, and handle basic cashiering if required
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the barista station, dining area, and equipment
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the cafe
• Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and inform supervisors when restocking is needed
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines at all times
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in F&B are welcome
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
• Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior team members
• Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
