Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and cook menu items according to the Company's recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist in daily food preparation, ingredient portioning, and kitchen setup.</li>
<li>Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and quality.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen at all times.</li>
<li>Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.</li>
<li>Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients and food products.</li>
<li>Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.</li>
<li>Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries and supplies.</li>
<li>Support menu development, food presentation improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives when required.</li>
<li>Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist with catering, birthday parties, special events, and other activities hosted at the cafe.</li>
<li>Perform opening and closing duties and other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by management.</li>
