We're looking for a 3D Exhibition Designer who can take a client's brief, understand the brand and transform an empty exhibition space into something that makes people stop, look and remember.

Whether you're an emerging designer with strong potential or an experienced senior designer ready to take creative ownership, we want to see what you can create.

Job Responsibilities

Concept & Creative Design

• Develop creative 3D concepts for exhibition booths, event spaces, roadshows, product launches and experiential environments.
• Interpret client briefs, brand guidelines, objectives and budgets into strong visual concepts.
• Create mood boards, design directions, space planning, layouts and presentation visuals.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and realistic visualisations for client presentations.
• Develop designs that balance creativity, functionality, brand identity, budget and buildability.
• Explore materials, lighting, colours, structures, graphics and spatial experiences to strengthen each concept.
• Develop multiple creative directions when required for pitches and proposals.

Pitch & Client Presentation

• Work closely with Sales and Project teams to understand client requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions for pitches and tenders.
• Present and explain design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients when required.
• Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining the overall creative quality and project feasibility.
• Work within tight pitch and submission deadlines without compromising design standards.

Design to Reality

• Work closely with Draughtsmen, Operations, Production, contractors and suppliers to ensure designs can be practically constructed.
• Provide clear design intent, material references and specifications for technical development.
• Review technical/shop drawings to ensure the final construction remains consistent with the approved design.
• Conduct site visits and attend exhibition setup when necessary.
• Resolve design-related issues that arise during production or onsite installation.
• Review the completed booth or event space and ensure the final result reflects the approved creative direction.

For Senior-Level Candidates

• Take creative ownership of major pitches and key accounts.
• Develop stronger design strategies and creative directions for high-value projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas beyond the client's initial brief.
• Present concepts confidently and defend design decisions professionally.
• Guide and mentor junior designers where required.
• Improve the overall quality, creativity and consistency of the company's design output.
• Keep the team updated on exhibition design trends, materials, technologies and new creative possibilities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, Industrial Design or related discipline.
• Approximately 2–6+ years of relevant design experience, depending on level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D spatial, exhibition, event, retail or interior design work.
• Strong proficiency in relevant 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Experience with 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape or equivalent software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, proportion and visual presentation.
• Able to understand basic technical drawings and construction requirements.
• Exhibition, event, retail, commercial interior or experiential design experience is highly preferred.
• Creative thinker who can develop concepts rather than simply execute instructions.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight pitch deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment.
• Willing to attend site visits and exhibition setups when required.
