You are used to working efficiently according to a timeline drafted while driving multiple projects. In this role, you will
<ul>
<li>Strategise: Build a data-driven, customer centric strategy to work with creators across platforms.</li>
<li>Engage: Incentivise creators and provide them value to deepen their engagement with Joey Mattress and encourage distribution throughout their networks.</li>
<li>Partner: Forge relationships with all of our incredible content creators as their point of contact at Joey Mattress.</li>
<li>Collaborate: Align our creator efforts with broader marketing campaigns, product roadmaps and company-wide goals; Get creative with creators to make unique and engaging content.</li>
<li>Optimise: Explore the gaps and opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance.</li>
<li>Promote: Proactively promote stories and other publicity opportunities that are advantageous to Joey Mattress.</li>
</ul>
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Joey Tan.
This position requires
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, and/or creative agency. Exceptions would be made for fresh grads with a strong portfolio/resume</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, or equivalent</li>
<li>Passionate about the world of creators and excited to find ways to support every creator out there</li>
<li>Deeply interested in visual storytelling, marketing/advertising, pop culture, and design</li>
<li>Strong execution mindset - we're moving fast and there is a lot to do every day. You don't mind getting scrappy and going above and beyond.</li>
<li>Strong project and time management skills</li>
<li>Fluent oral communication skills in English, plus either Mandarin or Malay (both would be a plus)</li>
<li>Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training</li>
