Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement branch-level marketing plans to drive customer visits and loan originations.
• Plan and execute seasonal and festive campaigns to boost redemptions, renewals, and ticket sales.

Digital Marketing

• Manage localized Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns targeting specific geographic areas.
• Oversee content creation including short videos, customer testimonials, pawn tips, and gold insights.
• Manage social media channels and content calendars in both Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

On-Ground & Community Engagement

• Coordinate traditional marketing initiatives such as flyers, buntings, community events, and vendor collaborations.
• Build partnerships with local influencers, NGOs, and community committees to strengthen brand trust.
• Organize customer appreciation days, free gold valuation events, and awareness booths.

Customer Retention & CRM

• Manage WhatsApp and SMS reminder systems for renewals, expiry alerts, and promotions.
• Design and promote referral, loyalty, and membership reward programs.

Performance Monitoring

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, and footfall impact).
• Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on ROI and customer engagement data.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing, financial services, pawnbroking, or related industries.
• Proven track record in hyperlocal campaigns targeting B40/M40 or community-focused segments.
• Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic CRM tools.
• Capable of managing both offline (traditional) and online (digital) marketing channels.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful — able to lead and grow the marketing function.
