Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business trends, financial data, and operational performance to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Perform financial forecasting and variance analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support executive decision-making.
• Prepare regional and local business performance reports, offering strategic insights to drive business objectives.
• Develop and refine financial and operational reports to enhance process efficiencies and productivity improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of business objectives and foster collaborative decision-making.

Job Requirements

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
