Job Description
- Support business and finance-related transformation initiatives through structured analysis and reporting.
- Perform quantitative analysis on accounting, financial, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Analyze the operation processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas, primarily focusing on operational processes.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in transformation, business analysis, consulting, or project work.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (due to business requirements).
