We are currently looking for young and dynamic students to join our internship program. We will create a remarkable learning and professional experience for interns so that they will have a real exposure of working environment. 

Responsibilities

The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. 

• Onsite support/Outsource for Jos respective business site with agree set SLA.
• Onsite analysis, Diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end users.
• Identifies and resolves technical issues/research and recommended effective solutions.
• Consults with higher level technical support to determine resolution/transfers unresolved issues to next level/subject matter expert.

• Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment
• Great interpersonal skills, a sense of humour, and social competency
• Have own transportation will be an advantage
