<p>As a Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing), you’ll work alongside the marketing team to support and optimize paid campaigns—primarily on Google Ads—to help drive lead generation and ROI. You’ll assist with keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting, and collaborate with content and design colleagues to build and refine landing pages and creative assets. In addition, you’ll help execute email newsletters, content marketing, and product marketing collaterals. Using our marketing automation and analytics tools, you’ll monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and apply learnings to improve results. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, where you’ll grow your skills in data-driven decision-making and integrated digital marketing.</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, manage, and optimise paid performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads to generate quality leads.</li>
<li>Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Develop and manage landing pages and creative assets by working closely with the content and design teams.</li>
<li>Track and analyse performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations.</li>
<li>Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and event invitations.</li>
<li>Support content marketing initiatives such as blog content writing.</li>
<li>Contribute to ongoing website updates and conversion rate optimisation projects.</li>
<li>Support the creation of product marketing collaterals such as whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, and other sales enablement assets.</li>
<li>Provide operational and executional support for marketing-led events and webinars.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to support integrated marketing projects.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and customer engagement efforts.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly campaign reports and share insights to improve performance across all digital touchpoints.</li>
