<p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p>
<p>As the <strong>Operations Coordinator</strong>, you are executing JurisTech’s operations management initiatives, either from projects delivery or products delivery perspective, assisting the Operations Managers in covering products and projects backlogs, resource management tracking, work items tracking, and operational process improvement across the various business units.<br> <br>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>HOW WOULD YOU ACHIEVE THIS?</strong></p>
<p>A. Strategically you are to:&nbsp;</p>
<ol>
<li>Collate and analyse the progress of project/product delivery in all its reporting formats to identify and reduce bottlenecks and enhance overall efficiency, helping the Operations Manager ensure that resources are fully utilized for the correct assignments to the correct individual at the correct time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify gaps in the reporting and improve on any gaps identified. Reports must be able to track deliverables (stories) against resources workloads (burn points) accurately across the project and product units.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and execute the allocation of resources, including team dynamics and maturity and skillsets gaps. Ensure that resources are effectively utilized to meet delivery requirements and business objectives.</li>
<li>Track and ensure operational processes are enforced across all involved teams.</li>
<li>Identify potential operational risks and initiate pre-emptive actions, and help the Operations Managers create contingency plans, implement back-up measures, and ensuring compliance with operational processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understanding of the credit management process such as loans originations and credit administrations and collections and recovery. Constant learning on these areas alongside the Juris software frameworks, features and functionalities are mandatory to stay relevant in your role.</li>
<li>Create monthly reports for senior management to provide insights into operational performance with billing milestones and produce an action plan/ escalation path for all delivery units when in violation of committed revenue and operating budgets.</li>
<li>Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that Juris software products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. <br> <br>&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<p>B. Your tactical or daily roles and responsibilities include the following areas:&nbsp;</p>
<ol>
<li>Team Management: Monitor and improve on the progress of the sprints, by increasing the burnt points progressively. Sample and be involved in scrum meetings and lead the scrum of scrums meetings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Issue Resolution: Immediate bubble up of issues to the relevant people and unit for resolution based on qualitative and quantitative tracking through cadences and dashboards/reports. External communication with the customers are also expected and necessary where relevant.</li>
<li>Resource Allocation Tracking: Help Operations Managers track allocated resources based on project needs, ensuring resources are always fully optimized across all implementations, and highlighting areas where resources could be re-mobilized.</li>
<li>Resources, workload and efficiency monitoring: Continuously monitor progress and resources deliverables to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Implement changes and improvements to optimize operations.</li>
<li>Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to operational performance. Use this data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.&nbsp;</li>
