<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for motivated and detail-orientated individuals to join our dynamic team. As Business Analyst cum System Analysts, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping us deliver exceptional lending and recovery software solutions to our clients.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Master the JurisTech Studio Designer Suite (low code/ no code proprietary framework) and be a subject matter expert on banking workflow processes and guide banking users to achieve optimum efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders by facilitating discovery sessions (UR) to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into workflow diagrams, with detailed functional and technical specifications for system design and development.</li>
<li>Configure Juris software on a non-programming level according to the captured requirements of the banks (SQL skill trainings shall be provided)</li>
<li>Facilitate and execute testing sessions (UAT) and work alongside programmers for rapid and full resolution of UAT defects.</li>
<li>Develop, design, test, and resolve bugs and defects to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.</li>
<li>Report tests, test coverage, and document test results during execution.</li>
<li>Support the development and delivery of user training and support materials to facilitate smooth system adoption.</li>
<li>High performers shall be groomed on the JurisTech methods of project management processes and procedures.</li>
