Job Description:

• Manage the opening and closing of daily bar operations according to the checklist.
• Recommending beverages & merchandise.
• Communicate and build good relationships with customers.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure all food items are sufficient to meet operational needs.
• To be able to make and prepare all types of drinks. Training & SOP will be provided.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and the cafe.
• Comply with the health and safety practices set in place.
