Kasagi Labo is acquiring anime IPs and building an AI-powered social platform that connects fans and creators more effectively than traditional methods, automating and enhancing interactions like fan engagement and content creation, and proving so innovative that it’s fostering a global community and redefining anime fandom.
We’ve raised one of the largest seed rounds in SEA totalling US$20M to build out our vision.
The team is small because we can’t hire great people as fast as the company is growing.
THE ROLE
As a Content House Creator (Intern), you’ll support the content team with ideas, creation, and trend-spotting for anime-related content across TikTok and Instagram. This is perfect for those looking to break into the content space while getting hands-on experience with a fast-growing, Gen Z-focused brand. You’ll get to collaborate with other young creators and build your own portfolio as part of the ride.
Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist in brainstorming and executing short-form anime-related content.
● Stay updated on current social media trends, memes, and anime discourse.
● Contribute to casual, relatable content with light editing or filming.
● Work closely with other creators and learn the ropes of social media strategy.
● Attend occasional meetings or review sessions for content feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Open to candidates aged 25 and under.
● Passionate about anime and Gen Z internet culture.
● Basic content creation skills or willing to learn (shooting, editing, TikTok).
● Eager to grow, collaborate, and experiment.
● Bonus: Existing social media presence or previous internship experience.
COMPENSATION
Open to negotiation based on what you bring to the table. We’re willing to pay above market for exceptional talent!
