The team working with site colleagues and vendors which consists of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, HR Operations and Payroll. The team is responsible for completing an efficient and compliant end to end RTR cycle for all stakeholders.</p> <p><br> &nbsp;</p> </div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key responsibilities</b></h2> </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly management accounts and analyze them, including balance sheets and income statements.</li> <li>Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely submissions.</li> <li>Post journals for statutory accounting and assist with projections and budgets in SAP.</li> <li>Analyze financial data to prepare reports and reconciliations</li> <li>Work with teams across departments (tax, treasury, AR/AP, and other sites) to ensure accurate accounting and clean month-end close.</li> <li>Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as needed</li> <li>Assist company stakeholders, local finance team and business partners with any technical queries which may arise</li> <li>Support audits by preparing files, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with procedures.</li> </ul> </div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications and skills</b></h2> </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of related experience with exposure to working in Shared Services environment.</li> <li>Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge is a must.</li> <li>General Ledger experience such as accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Overheads Close, Process Bank Transactions and Reconciliations, Intercompany Accounting and Reconciliation, Financial Statements is an added advantage.</li> <li>Master Data Management (MDM) knowledge</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div></p>
