<li>Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements</li>
<li>Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP &amp; AR process, monthly balance sheet and income statement schedules, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)</li>
<li>Work closely with the Singapore HQ in preparing the monthly reporting packages to the Group Finance Director, bank reconciliation and cash flow statements, intercompany reconciliation, AR/AP statements, PL Analysis and etc;</li>
<li>Assist in all finance-related matters. This includes maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and managing the administration of finance processes.</li>
<li>Assisting the Group Finance Director in implementing the new changes in Financial Reporting Standards, and the accounting practices alignment.</li>
<li>Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities</li>
<li>Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines</li>
<li>Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required</li>
<li>Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal</li>
<li>Assist in new processes and system implementation when required</li>
<li>Undertake ad-hoc projects and any other job duties, which may be assigned from time to time</li>
