 Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations:

<li>Ensure the facility is consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained.</li>
<li>Manage court bookings and handle in-person transactions.</li>
<li>Oversee equipment, track supplies, and assist with maintenance and repairs.</li>
<li>Adhere to operational schedules and tasks.</li>
<li>Report directly to facility manager and upper management.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service:
<ul>
<li>Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience for all facility users.</li>
</ul>
