Why you'll love working here

<li>Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day fulfilment of all customer orders and internal stock movements</li>
<li>Coordinate with 3PL warehouse, packing, and courier service providers for smooth delivery.</li>
<li>Oversee inventory control: stock monitoring, replenishment, and reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure product listings are updated (pricing, stock availability, promotions).</li>
<li>Track order status, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve operational issues.</li>
<li>Support marketing and sales teams during campaigns (flash sales, festive promos, vouchers, internal sampling and etc.).</li>
<li>Prepare operational reports on sales, inventory, and order performance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with platform rules, company SOPs, and service level agreements.</li>
<li>Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer experience.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to management and cross-functional departments.</li>
<li>Undertake other duties as assigned by the superior until full closure</li>
