Assistant Manager— Kopenhagen Coffee

As an Assitant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Head of Operations to oversee daily operations, inventory and the up-keep of the outlet such as maintenance, repairs, etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with suppliers
• Training and supervision of staff (old and new)
• Maintain a stable and motivated team on the ground
• Ensure organised and clean working environment
• Monitoring and analysing efficiency
• Ensure standard operation procedures are continuously followed
• Build growth amongst team and company 

Job Requirements

Qualifitcations :

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
• Strong ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lead, motivate and train staff in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cafe operations, including inventory management, food safety regulations, and health guidelines
• Experience in cash management and POS systems, along with the ability to reconcile daily sales
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
