Job Description

• Assist in data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Perform basic bank reconciliation tasks
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Assist in audit and tax documentation preparation
• Support daily administrative and ad-hoc accounting tasks

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Independent & fast learner.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (中文 will be added advantage)
• MUST willing to work for 5.5 days (Alt Sat).
