Kualesa began with bamboo fabric as its core textile, drawn to its natural softness, breathability, and temperature-regulating qualities—perfect for the region’s tropical climate. The brand has since expanded to include performance collections made with recycled nylon, offering elevated function for sport and activewear without compromising on environmental responsibility.</p>
<p>Today, Kualesa’s collections span everyday basics, workleisure staples, loungewear, and activewear. From Solid Tees and EZ Trousers to the signature Batik Tribute Polos and Shirts—featuring modernised batik-inspired prints—each piece is crafted with the intention to be worn comfortably and consciously.</p>
<p>The brand also reflects a strong affinity for golf and other movement-led lifestyles, with its Impact Polo series becoming a go-to for athletes and weekend players alike. Kualesa is proud to support homegrown talent in the sport, most notably outfitting Malaysian pro golfer Gavin Green on his road to the 2024 Paris Olympics.</p>
<p>Sustainability underpins every decision the brand makes. Every order contributes to the planting of mangrove trees in Indonesia through a verified partnership with Handprint and Yagasu, with over 14,000 trees planted to date. Packaging is biodegradable, and education remains a key value—with campaigns often aligned to global climate observances like Earth Hour.</p>

<h2>As a <strong>Digital Marketing Intern</strong>, your responsibilities will include:<br><strong>1) Content Creation and Editing</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Assist with creating content for distribution on Kualesa’s marketing channels (e.g. organic social media posts and paid advertising).</li>
<ul>
<li>Includes shooting content during photoshoots/videoshoots with smartphones.</li>
<li>Includes using graphic design best practices when editing images and using platforms such as Canva / Photoshop.</li>
<li>Includes video editing footage into short-form videos using tools such as Canva / Capcut / Premiere Pro.</li>
<li>Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok to keep Kualesa ahead of the curve.</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>2) Photoshoot &amp; Videoshoot Support</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Assist with shoot operations, logistics and procurement of props and set items.</li>
<li>Assist with pre-production planning (e.g. moodboards and script writing).</li>

<h2><strong>3) Email Marketing Support</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting campaign emails, ensuring Kualesa’s brand voice and style are reflected.</li>
<ul>
<li>Includes writing engaging copy and assisting in designing visuals for hero and body images.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h2><strong>4) Ad Hoc Support</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Support the marketing team with ad hoc marketing initiatives.</li>

<li><strong>Work closely with the founders and Senior Marketing Executive</strong></li>
