We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director and/or Manager. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and assist in business and personal matters to ensure smooth workflow and efficient time management.

<li>&nbsp;Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Management</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage and organize the Director and/or Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle confidential information with discretion&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate communication and liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in planning and executing Company activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and procurement&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Accompany the Director and/or Manager on occasional business trips to Ipoh and Segamat&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
