We are looking for a passionate and energetic Event Executive to join our Activation Division. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing brand activations, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver memorable event experiences while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, AV equipment, permits, manpower, transportation, event materials, and suppliers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and attend meetings, site inspections, and rehearsals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, promoters, talents, and event partners to ensure timely project execution.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare event proposals, project timelines, event run sheets, briefing documents, manpower schedules, and post-event reports.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage on-site event operations, including setup, registration, crowd management, crew supervision, troubleshooting, and event dismantling.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Obtain quotations, assist with budgeting, monitor project expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, digital marketing, and production, to deliver integrated campaigns.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct post-event evaluations by compiling feedback, event photos, reports, and performance analysis.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all events comply with company standards, brand guidelines, safety regulations, and operational requirements.</li>
