Job Description

 Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in preparing, updating and organising retail investment documents, reports and files.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, system updates and document tracking.
  • Help monitor stock movement records, transaction logs and investment summaries.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, schedules and meeting materials.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide administrative support to team members.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the department.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up action items.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel Pivot, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
