We are hiring a Finance Executive to support our finance team in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and grant documentation. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of audit experience, 3–5 years in commercial finance, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.

<ol>
<li>Financial Reporting &amp; Accounting</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow).</li>
<li>Ensure accurate accounting entries and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Support external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.</li>
<li>Help monitor and enforce internal controls and compliance processes.</li>
</ul>
2. Budgeting &amp; Analysis
<ul>
<li>Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.</li>
<li>Track actual vs. budget performance and prepare variance analysis.</li>
<li>Provide financial insights to support decision-making.</li>
</ul>
3. Payables, Receivables &amp; Cash Flow
<ul>
<li>Review supplier/contractor payments and ensure supporting documents are in order.</li>
<li>Monitor collections and assist with receivables follow-up.</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and help manage cash flow.</li>
</ul>
4. Tax &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing and submitting SST, corporate tax, and other statutory filings.</li>
<li>Ensure the company complies with local financial and tax regulations.</li>
<li>Liaise with tax agents and authorities when required.</li>
</ul>
