Job Description

Role Overview

As a Finance Executive, you will support the firm’s finance operations and gain practical exposure to daily accounting processes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real business situiations while working alongside experienced professionals.

 Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply and grow with us!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including relevant disclosures and notes.
  • Manage the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, along with other day-to-day financial activities, in compliance with applicable accounting standards and finance best practices.
  • Support the preparation of financial and cash flow analyses, compiling and coordinating relevant data for management review.
  • Facilitate the efficient organization and retrieval of documents, ensuring effective file management and control of documents.
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement of policies, processes, and procedures, actively identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements.
  • Engage in various financial projects and tasks as needed, working diligently to meet team goals and produce high-quality results.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/ or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc.).
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with at least one (1) years of experience undertaking a similar role.
  • Familiar with accounting software and proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and word processing etc.).
  • Strong command of written and verbal English, with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
