Job Description
The Lee Kum Kee Global Talent Program is an 18-month program designed to stretch our future leaders’ potential through a structured and career-focused development plan. We are seeking a Graduate Trainee (Sales, HR, QA) to start in August 2026.
Key Features for the Global Talent Program:
- The program consists of the following components:
- Project-based and on-the-job training, and learning curriculum from Personal Effectiveness to Leadership Development
- Global exposure including cross-territory attachment and global project assignment
- Become a Lee Kum Kee brand ambassador, getting involved in various company-wide staff engagement and brand promotion projects
- Mentorship and guidance
Job Requirements
We are looking for the Talents who are:
- Fresh graduates or any experienced hire with less than 2 years of work experience
- Passionate and energetic with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to work as team and independently
- Open-minded, willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
- Analytical, innovative, and proactive
- Self-motivated, quick learning ability and networking agility
- Willing to travel
