Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and lead a creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and social media experts, to coordinate marketing efforts and achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to guide marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources to achieve the best return on investment.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Create and publish high-quality marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve marketing processes and strategies.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools such as social media, email marketing, digital advertising, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
- Able to conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to guide marketing strategies and tactics.
- Preferably with experience in marketing tactics such as billboards or 4D.
