• Learn and execute sales & marketing strategies through real projects
• Engage with clients and customers to understand market needs
• Participate in training, coaching & mentoring sessions
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Work closely with seniors and managers to develop leadership & management skills
• Track performance and improve through feedback and guidance
