Our Mission

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assisting the scanning and filing of administration and accounting documents.</li>
<li>Training and learning on accounting software.</li>
<li>Assisting on data entries and learning on proper accounting recording including day to day accounting transactions.</li>
<li>Assisting on month end closing where permissible.</li>
<li>Learning of treasury management including assisting on banking reconciliation and payment issuance.</li>
<li>Learning and assisting on documentation and preparation of accounting standard operating policies/procedures.</li>
<li>Assisting on extract, compilation and segregation of transactions for financial analysis, reports and data documentation for internal controls and SOPs.</li>
<li>Assisting on implementation of internal controls and accounting policies, including validation of documents and matching / reconciliation of transactions.</li>
<li>Assisting on coordinating documentation for auditing requirements/matters, if coincide with statutory audit period.</li>
</ul>
