Job Description

• Provide network security design, integration, installation, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices for network security solutions e.g. routers, switches, wireless controllers and access point. 
• Conduct product demo or proof of concept (POC). 
• To answer and educate the customers on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
• Work closely with the technical helpdesk team to answer, escalate and resolve customer’s technical issue

Job Requirements

• Malaysian male candidates only. 
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 
• Possess own transport. 
• Have at least 2 years of IT networking experience in LAN, WAN, Wireless or Network Security.
• Have practical knowledge & hands-on experiences with configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and supporting in the following:
• Perimeter defenses, such as UTM, Firewall, IPS, AS, AV, APT, WAF.
• L2/L3 Networking Equipment (IEEE 802.1q, IEEE 802.1d, IEEE 802.1s, IEEE 802.1w, IEEE 802.3ad).
• Wireless Network technology 802.11G/N/AC.
• Experience in system platform e.g. Linux, Red Hat, CentOS, Windows server, Database, Hyper-V or VMware Virtualization, MS Azure.
• Networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, QoS.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
