Responsibilities

<li>Business Performance &amp; Profitability: Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain profitability to drive the company’s overall revenue and growth objectives.</li>
<li>Partner Growth &amp; Recruitment: Actively identify, onboard, and develop new partners to expand company’s channel ecosystem.</li>
<li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, pre-sales, and technical teams to drive opportunities from initial identification through to successful implementation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are trained and certified on company’s products, ensuring they have the skills, demo environments and tools needed to independently sell and demonstrate solutions to customers.</li>
<li>Partner Advocacy: Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams to address challenges and improve collaboration.</li>
<li>Joint Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute co-marketing activities with partners to boost lead generation and brand visibility.</li>
<li>Market Representation: Represent company at industry events, conferences and partner forums to strengthen relationships and brand presence.</li>
<li>Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on partner performance, market trends and feedback to refine strategies.</li>
