Lips Carpenter is a fast-growing clean beauty e-commerce brand looking for a creative intern to support our design and branding team. If you enjoy Canva, Photoshop, Pinterest-worthy visuals, AI tools 🤖, and turning ideas into beautiful designs — we’d love to meet you 💫
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and marketing, and wants real hands-on experience building a beauty brand 🚀
What You'll Do 💻🎀
- Design visuals for social media, website banners, ads, campaigns, and e-commerce platforms 🎨
- Assist with packaging design, branding projects, and product visuals 📦
- Support website updates and online store creatives
- Create static and video using Canva, CapCut, or AI tools 🎬
- Assist with photoshoots, content creation, and campaign launches 📸
- Work closely with founders and our aesthetic lead on creative ideas and branding 💡
- Gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of a growing beauty e-commerce brand ✨
Job Requirements
We're Looking For Someone Who... 🌷
- Has a good eye for aesthetics and branding
- Enjoys using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or AI design tools 🎨
- Loves social media, beauty, branding, or marketing
- Is proactive, eager to learn, and takes ownership
- Is a go-getter who wants to grow, improve, and build real experience — not just complete internship tasks 🔥
- Can work independently and enjoys a fast-paced creative environment
- Pays attention to details and executes efficiently ✨
- Has graphic design skills (marketing/business sense is a huge plus 💡)
