We're a passionate artisan beauty brand that creates high-quality clean, sustainable and personalised lip care and cosmetics products. We're a fun and growing team with a big heart for what we do.

Job Scope:

• Develop and execute content calendars for social media channels
• Create social media content including editing videos using apps like Capcut for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Lemon8 and XHS
• Take high-quality photos and videos for use on social media and other marketing materials
• Drive sales and brand awareness by partnering with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates on various social media platforms
• Research and stay up-to-date on current social media trends and challenges
• Manage and respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms
• Work alongside the marketing and ad buy team, proposing content strategies that complement their marketing/branding campaigns 
• Develop engaging static images and infographics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Self-directed, motivated and positive individual with strong desire to learn
• Problem solver and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy creating video content is a must
• Passion for clean and sustainable beauty
• Experience in using video editing applications (e.g. Capcut) and design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) 
• Experience in videography and photography
