About the Role

Lips Carpenter is a Malaysian clean beauty brand known for our personalised lip care and cosmetics.

As we expand across Malaysia and Singapore, we’re looking for someone energetic, street-smart, and sales-driven to represent our brand at bazaars, pop-ups, and corporate workshops.

If you enjoy talking to people, selling beauty products, and making things happen on the ground — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate new bazaar and event opportunities
• Represent Lips Carpenter at bazaars, pop-ups, and retail events
• Actively engage customers and drive product sales
• Recruit and manage part-time promoters
• Ensure booths run smoothly and achieve daily sales targets
• Manage corporate workshops and brand activations

Job Requirements

• Strong sales mindset and comfortable engaging customers
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Highly proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Organised and able to manage events and promoters
• Comfortable working weekends and event days
• ✅ Own transport (car) required for travelling around Klang Valley

Location & Compensation

Events across Klang Valley
Office base: Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
Base salary + commission tied to event sales. High performers are directly rewarded.
