Job Description

• Involve in day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain and update necessary accounting records such as billing, invoice, reports and etc.
• Conduct property market analysis and review tenant profile within stipulated time frame.
• Conduct basic property inspection when tenant move in and out.
• Liaise with respective parties in the preparation of tenancy agreement.
• Liaise with internal & external parties such as finance department, auditors, tax agent, company secretarial, bankers, property agent and etc.
• Handle sourcing potential tenants, negotiations, lease renewals, and terminations.

Job Requirements

• Gender : Open to both 
• Age : 25 to 30
• Marital Status : Single 
• Experience Required : At least 2 to 3 years working experience in related field
• Education Required : At least Diploma in Property management/Business Administration/Finance other equivalent professional qualification. 
• Language Proficiency : Must be able to read, write and speak English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Required skills : Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Other Requirements : Car driving license.
