Our history can be traced back to October 2010 when we opened our first bubble tea outlet in Malaysia.​
We introduced the Tealive brand back in February 2017 and today, we are proud to be the leading regional lifestyle tea brand in Southeast Asia. Tealive now offers more than 45 types of drinks with a wide range of topping options.

Tealive now has over 1000 outlets across three continents serving over five million consumers per month.

Under our wings, we also have Bask Bear Coffee, which is the largest delivered virtual coffee brand in Malaysia with over 130 physical and virtual locations.

With our Look-Out-Of-Box approach, we innovated our own machines to enable Tealive outlets to create sparkling drinks in-house. Thus SodaXpress, Malaysia’s only sparkling water brand, was born.

Leveraging on our experience and knowledge gained in brand management and operation of Tealive outlets, we have gradually expanded our market by adopting the multi-brand business model to capture a wider spectrum of customers.

Supervisor Job Scope:
<ul>
<li>Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations</li>
<li>Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism</li>
<li>Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering</li>
<li>Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.</li>
<li>Explain and promote products and offerings</li>
<li>Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.</li>
<li>To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers</li>
<li>Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.</li>
<li>Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times</li>
</ul>
