Job Description
- Location Sourcing & Market Scouting
- Identify, assess, and shortlist strategic store locations within assigned regions.
- Conduct on-site visits and to do evaluation
- Maintain a live pipeline of potential locations to support rapid rollout targets.
2. Sales Forecasting & Site Performance Projection
- Analyse benchmark stores and develop data-based sales projections for new sites.
- Prepare clear projection reports with insights, assumptions, and risk assessments.
3. Existing Store Performance Review
- Review existing store locations using site planning principles (trade area, visibility, customer flow).
- Recommend relocation, redesign, or optimisation opportunities to improve performance.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Property / Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year in site selection, retail expansion, real estate, or related functions.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and fieldwork interest are encouraged to apply.
- Strong planning, execution, and task ownership skills.
- Solid analytical capability with good data interpretation.
- Fast learner with strong market and consumer awareness.
- Effective communicator and team collaborator.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork, outdoor tasks, and travel.
- Open-minded, data-driven, and capable of forming/testing hypotheses.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin preferred.
